His path has taken him through Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Accenture, and IBM, each stop building on a consistent focus: aligning technology capability with the broader goals of the organizations he serves. As Senior Vice President of Data Platform Industries at Oracle, he now sets industry strategy across five major sectors, working with teams and clients navigating complex shifts in how business gets done.

Before Oracle, Eric served as General Manager of Azure and Chief Data Officer at Microsoft, and spent fifteen years at Amazon Web Services as Global Head of Global & Strategic Accounts. Earlier roles at Accenture and IBM gave him a grounding in business process and consulting that still shapes how he approaches problems today.
